Player Contract

This Contractor Agreement (as it may from time to time be amended, the “Contract”), dated as of______________, is entered into by and among BLVKHVND DAO LLC (the “DAO”), and

(Individually as a “Contractor”, and collectively as the “Contractors”).

BACKGROUND:

1. BLVKHVND DAO wants to sign a Contractor to complete tasks for BLVKHVND’s Pokemon Unite Team.
2. This Contract sets out the terms and conditions that govern the Contractor within this agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF, and as a condition to the Contractors entering into this Contract, the following is acknowledged between both parties:

Formation

By this Contract, the Contractors enters into a working contract in accordance with the laws of Delaware and community members of BLVKHVND under the laws of the DAO. The rights and obligations of the Players will be as provided under the common law of Delaware and any other applicable legislation (the ‘Act’) except as otherwise provided in the Contractor’s Agreement.
