Goals

The goal of the treasury is to provide the capital resources required to execute on both term and strategic goals. Short term objectives are to maintain sufficient working capital to build the foundational requirements of the DAO: core contributors, player recruitment, sponsorships while simultaneously supporting product development, revenue streams and robust governance. While the goals of BLVKHVND are ambitiously achievable they are not without risk. Treasury’s role is also a risk manager of the DAO, reducing volatility where possible and capitalizing on maximizing opportunity.

Values

The Treasury Guild’s (“TG”)  work will be guided and informed by our beliefs and commitments to:

• Transparency: The TG commits to periodic (quarterly/annual) reporting of community resources with details of how they are allocated, categorized by its strategic/tactical purpose
• Inclusiveness: The TG will seek community input to receive the benefit of a diversity of thought, “another set of eyes” to help mitigate risk and to identify individuals with the skills to be long-term value-adding contributors
