Base Salary


Base salary gives a reasonable floor to offer players while full compensation is based on past competitive history, content profile (if you’ve streamed and have subscribers), and other metrics to develop value. Base salaries ensure all of our players retain some level of compensation that can be complementary to their current means of employment or a base living wage.

HVND Token Disbursement + Ownership


HVND tokens are representative of equity or ownership of the BLVKHVND organization. All members enjoy the upside of the business’ success and are able to immediately take advantage of its value in open market. The following breaks down the disbursement of tokens to players signed to play for at least 1 year.

We hope to build world class talent; as such, our approach to salary moves from a small cap ($125k/yr) to uncapped ($1m+) as players win tournaments, receive national and global acclaim, and build fan support. We also incorporate NFT and crypto native monetization models that enable players to earn from their content directly at monumental scale.
